The health and safety of our clients and staff are of the utmost importance to us at isure insurance. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation very closely and are following the advice of the Ontario Ministry of Health. There have been no COVID-19 cases at isure to date and I would like to reassure you that as your insurance broker we are prepared should an outbreak occur. We have distributed hand sanitizers and anti-bacterial wipes to all isure staff. Staff is reminded to regularly wash hands and wipe down frequently touched surfaces. Any staff member feeling sick or showing symptoms is being asked to stay at home and contact their doctor immediately. All external staff events and industry meetings have been canceled or postponed. All in-person customer meetings have been transferred to telephone meetings. While our location currently remains open, we encourage all clients to avoid visiting our office and to contact us by telephone or email. We have expanded our ‘work-from-home’ capabilities so that in the event we cannot attend our offices, our staff will continue to serve you by telephone or email from their homes. You will be able to contact us as always by telephone or email. As developments surrounding the COVID-19 progress we will put additional safeguards in place as warranted. While we do not expect any drop in service standards, circumstances beyond our control may momentarily impact us.
