Been a customer for almost 10 years. Clearly doesn't matter to them. Sent an email and called last Wednesday to get a quote for a new vehicle as my was just stolen. My broker Anastasia asked me to send over a vin number last week. Didn't hear anything the following day since I sent an email. Still no response. Sent an additional email 2-3 hours later. Finally a response! The response was that she was still waiting to hear from insurance companies and considering im applying for insurance for the same vehicle my premiums should stay the same. I did explain to her my vehicle was stolen twice. Another days goes by still no response. Email her mid day and find out she's on vacation till Tuesday. I emailed isure to ask for another broker, guess what... no response. I called at 12 o'clock today explaining the situation and they said they would have someone call me. Still waiting 4 hours later!!!
